Fullbite is a result of friendship and musical cooperation between three childhood friends.
Keyboardist Omer Rizi, Saxophonist Itai Weissman and Drummer Itay Hibsher started their musical journey and formed their musical identity together, playing on different projects. Originated in southern town of Beer Sheva, Israel, Fullbite started as a 5 piece fusion cover band that played music from Mike Stern, Alain Caron, Pat Metheny but also was under the influence of music originated from the 60's and 70's such as Pink Floyd, the doors and Frank Zappa. In 2008 Weissman moved to the Netherlands to study music but frequently came back to visit Israel. After a couple of successful musical occasions when the members came together to rehearse some new ideas, a unique sound was created as a trio formation, with no bass guitar and with wide and rich range. From there on, the music followed that route. The result:
Jazz meets Rock , Pop meets Fusion full of livelihood , warmth , aesthetics and wild humour!!
